Privacy policy

Who we are

Curated Balance is a health and wellness storefront. For privacy questions, contact curatedbalancebusiness@gmail.com.

Your shopping bag

Your shopping bag is saved in your browser’s local storage using product or option IDs and quantities. It does not include your name, email address, delivery address, or payment details. You can remove this information through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing or blocking local storage may prevent your bag from being saved.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your inquiry.

Checkout and payment information

Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe collects the contact, shipping, and payment information needed to process your purchase. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and do not pass through our storefront server. We can access order and delivery details in Stripe to manage purchases and respond to support requests. See Stripe’s privacy policy for its handling of personal information.

Our receipt database stores payment and event references, the payment date, currency, total, and purchased product or option IDs, quantities, amounts, and SKUs. Names, email addresses, delivery addresses, and card details are not copied into this database.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this storefront and its checkout API. Requests pass through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the service. Our payment receipt database is also hosted by Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

What rights you have over your data

You can request a copy or export of personal information we hold about you, including information you have provided to us. You can also request that we correct or erase it. This does not include information we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Contact curatedbalancebusiness@gmail.com with your request.
